For various reasons, I am trying to find the correlation (if any) between the Google Toolbar and the PageRank theory. I don't intend to explain what I am doing or why I am doing it but I just want others to be aware of why this website might have a strange layout and navigation. Basically, I am just trying to see at which actual PageRank value the toolbar changes from 0 to 1. Currently, all pages on this site areat 0 and I have adjusted things so the actual PageRank of pages on this site ranges between 0.36 and 3.13. Hopefully, at least one of these pages will receive a PR1.
