I was thinking about building a directory of florida real estate websites. Below is the mission statement.

Florida Real Estate Web Sites Mission Statement: Provide a searcher friendly, Florida real estate web site directory that is easy to navigate, fast loading and concisely descriptive with the goal of satisfying searchers with the relevant Florida real estate web sites in our directory.

I plan to charge $10 per year for sites to be listed and hopefully it will be able to offer a good service and provide another small source of income. The success of the site hinges on my ability to generate a significant amount of search engine traffic.

Note: I want to make this site a reality but other thoughts and ideas have come up that have become realities sooner. They are Physics GRE and PopTopics. If only somebody had a thought about creating more time.
